I did my homework and reviewed as many play houses as possible. I found this one to be the best value, especially with $9.99 shipping. Now I see that Baby Age is offering FREE SHIPPING! It figures! I order this one week ago, and the next week they offer FREE shipping! I wish it were a little bit larger and a little easier to assemble. As a single grandma, it took about an hour or more. I found the faucet to be rather 'wobbly', and the sink would not not stay fastened, no matter how many times I put the screw in. Other than these minor incidents, I would recommend this to all.
