When I purchased this product I knew that it required assembly, but I didn't expect that more than one of the parts would be defective. I visited the KidKraft website to order replacement parts on 12/22, and was relieved to see that all replacement parts ordered on 12/22 would be shipped next day air. However, a later call to the company revealed that the website was wrong, and I wouldn't get the part until AFTER Christmas. My advice: avoid the poor quality of construction and poor customer service and purchase another item.
