very sturdy and nice looking. i may have stripped a bolt that fits into the foot of the horse. other than that, easy to put together.

You have to put i t together but it is no big deal since you only have to screw the legs into the wood. However one screw didn't fit.

This is an heirloom quality toy. It is absolutely beautiful, my little niece will love it. To tell the truth I hate to give it away. It is so sturdy that I could ride on it and craftsmanship is amazing. I was thrilled when I saw it.

The Residents in our Apartment Building in DC are having a" Toys4Tots" drive. We purchased this adorable rocking horse and put it together last night. We added some bells too and placed it under the tree to start the children's gift drive. People coming into the building all made comments that it is so sweet and cute -- plus they added "I will pick up something and put it under the tree too" so it stimulated the spirit of holiday giving - and that is what our drive is all about!i

This product has a wide base which seems to help with balance. Makes horse sounds in an not-so-obnoxious way, which is great! Easy to assemble, just a couple pieces to put together. My 2 year old loves it!
