This activity center features wood crafted styling and nature's colors that blend with traditional landscapes in residential outdoor living areas. It is divided into two separate sides- one for water, one for sand. It holds up to 20 lbs. of sand and 2 gallons of water, not included. The 8-piece accessory set includes an umbrella (design and colors may vary), two bridges, two boats, two pots, and a shovel. A durable, one-piece plastic cover keeps the sand clean and dry. Elastic tie-downs on the ends of the lid keep it securely attached. Molded-in roadways on the lid provide for an additional play surface. The legs are detachable so activity center can be used at ground level.

Bought this sandbox after checking MANY websites (including walmart, toys r us, target) and found that this was the cheapest (after using a $5 off coupon and free shipping). It came super fast and my daughter LOVES it! We had purchased one at Toys R Us for the same price... but it was the smaller model. I am SO GLAD we returned that one and got this instead. I think it will be a great toy for years to come!

Love the sand and water table. And so does my son. We've only had the table for a few days and it's been raining. But with the included umbrella we were still able to play with the sand table. It's also still in the 50's here so I haven't put water in on the water side yet. I didn't want him to get all wet and cold. Only complaint is that the elastic tie downs for the lid were so short that I could not get them to latch onto the table. There was a knot in the center of the tie down that I took out in order to make them longer which now allows me to latch the lid on properly. But it was extremely dificult to remove the knot. I also, did not screw the legs on. I only snapped them in, but the table so far seems to be holding up okay.

This is a great table - has it all..fun, nicely built and functional. My kids love it and I like that it has a cover. Good quality umbrella and the toys included are very cool

this is a great toy....my 1 1/2 year old loves it...and when we had friends over, there were 5 kids between 1 - 5 at one time playing!!!

I would say it is. First of all, the height would be too short. I bought this for my granddaughter at 2 1/2 and it seemed just right. She loved playing w/toys in the bathtub so knew the water part would be fun. The sand area might be OK for an older child, but it is a small area and they might want to build larger sand castles, etc.
