I tried to put it together but got frustrated and passed it off to my husband. The screws connecting the basket to the handle do not have a "hole" into which they are screwed, it's just a long, slender indentation. There were some rough edges of pastic on the base that needed to be filed off, but be careful, the plastic is thin. Cart is very cute but I remembered earlier ones to be a little more sturdy.
