Just try to get our grandaughter out of it. It was outside, now it's inside. Easy assembly and disassembly, if you must. Doorbell gets used often. Lots of fun.

we purchased this product because it has a floor in it! also has a working door bell a phone and built in seats! our 1 yr old daughter loves it and she will be able to use this for several years! i like the colors it blends in with the landscape!

My two-year-old grandaughter loves this. It was the hit of her bithday party! Kids from age 1 to 6 all played in it.

This cottage is easy to assemble ( my 12 and 13 year old boys put it together) and it only took them a half hour or so! Our 1 1/2 yo loves it!! She loves to open and close the shutters and door and ring the doorbell. The big kids even get in it and play with her... They can't sit on the little seats but they have fun anyway! I highly reccommend this cottage for anyone looking to buy it!!!

Excellent playhouse. Just what we were looking for. Its not huge, but it is perfect. My daughter loves the working doorbell, the working phone, and opening and closing the shutters. I love the fact it is big enough for her to play in with a friend, and the fact that it has a floor!! Was not hard at all to put together. I assembled it while my daughter played with the packaging in about 45 minutes with a regular screw driver. We had looked at some of the more expensive houses, but this one had everything we needed at a great price! BabyAge.com was spectacular! Ordered it on Tuesday night and received on Thursday morning. Step2 Neat & Tidy Cottage Purchased for our 3-1/2 year old grandson for Christmas. He loves it. Love the open walls. This summer I believe it will be a benefit with summer sun and heat. Very glad that we purchased the larger Step 2 Cottage because he can have friends inside with him. There are 2 seats for the children to sit on. Minimal assembly required.

I did my homework and reviewed as many play houses as possible. I found this one to be the best value, especially with $9.99 shipping.

Now I see that Baby Age is offering FREE SHIPPING! It figures! I order this one week ago, and the next week they offer FREE shipping!

I wish it were a little bit larger and a little easier to assemble. As a single grandma, it took about an hour or more. I found the faucet to be rather 'wobbly', and the sink would not not stay fastened, no matter how many times I put the screw in.

Other than these minor incidents, I would recommend this to all.

This cottage was purchased for my son's second birthday. He very much enjoyed playing in the box while his aunt and I assembled the house. Very sturdy. Took about 15 minutes to put together. He has enjoyed many hours of play already. Thanks.

I love this house, I have a 4, 2 and 1 yr old and they all love their house. It keeps them occupied for a while. The door bell and phone ring and the little seats and table are great. All around - fun product.

We gave this to my two year old for her birthday. We presented it in our family room and she uses it so much that we haven't moved it outside yet (been 3 weeks). Her older cousins came over (8, 8, 9, 10) and sardined inside; it popped the sink off, but can be put back with a little work. Fun that doorbell and phone make sounds. I wouldn't change a thing about it.

I bought this for my sin who will be two in few months. He was always playing with the ones at the store so when I saw it on sale I scooped it up. It was super easy to put together. I put it together myself in about 20 minutes. I was considering this one or the smaller version called four seasons house. I am glad I got this one because it was a lot smaller than i thought. He loves it especially the door bell and shutters. Really good purchase. I also got the super bounce house and the deluxe train table all items are awesome and very sturdy. I love step 2 .

Bought for my daughter's 2nd birthday. She loves it and it is the perfect size for her right now. I can see her getting good use out of it for a few years. It is not huge like some of the other play houses so we keep it inside. It would be fine outside too since it has a plastic floor. It took 1 hour for my husband and I to put together without a drill. My daughter plays in it everyday. The doorbell and seats are great. The only issues I've had are that our phone does not work and the built-in table is kind of wobbly. Otherwise, it's great and I do recommend it. It's great that babyage ships for free and they had the best price I could find.

This was for my grandson, my son says he loves it. Their are a few places he says he will need to reinforce like the sink and the faucet, they come off easily.

Bought this for my 2 year old grandson. My daughter liked another one better, but I insisted on this one because it was very open so you could see the kids inside as well as it would allow air circulation so it wouldn't become an oven. It also was one of the only ones with a floor, another must have for me. The door bell is much too quiet, but the phone is VERY realistic. It arrived in a big box with few pieces and was assembled in less than 15 minutes. After seeing the house, my daughter was very pleased with my choice. Oh, and the price is just a bonus.

It's one of the few playhouse with a floor which is great and pretty much the only decent sized playhouse that is under $200. My eighteen month old daughter and my three year old son play in it together and both fit comfortably. They get a big kick out of ringing the doorbell and using the phone along with opening and closing the windows on eachother. You can't beat the value with this one!

This is a great playhouse. My 19 month old son just loves it. Going in and out the door and opening the shutters. It was easy to put together but the holes are not drilled out so it takes a little effort.
