We like everything about this sandbox! We especially love its natural look, because this box was sent as a gift to Arizona - and it blends in beautifully with the desert landscaping. The corner seats are convenient and the overall size is perfect for 2-3 little people. We have no idea how well the lid works in keeping out rain or withstanding wind, but they don't get much of either in Arizona! However, a bungy cord would keep the lid in place nicely, if necessary.

We already owed this sandbox and liked it so much we bought another for my daughter to have at her house. My grandson starting playing in it when he was 1 and now he and his little brother will enjoy it together. I love how it keeps the rain, cats, and leaves out of it and it is always ready for use.

I bought this for niece's 1st birthday. It was such a hit, I then bought it for my twin nephews' birthdays. It is large enough for several children to play together. I also like that it blends with your landscape and does not stick out in neon colors in the backyard. The lid is great also to protect the sand from the elements and animals.

I have 2 grandsons 18 months old, so I bought 2 and they both love it. The lid
fits tight (there are cats) and you can store the sand tools. It is big enough that they can play in it together.

I plan to use the sandbox as a small watergarden in my elementary school. I thought the rock design will make it look very realistic and easy/quick to set up and put away.

We ordered the sand and received it in great condition. However I was not happy to see that after we bought it for $80 on eBay, you could get it for $70 on their website. We did go to the website during the auction but they did not have any for direct buy.

I purchased this sand box for my 3 1/2 yr. old son. He LOVES it. I like the cover for the sand box as well. It is roomy enough for him to sit in it as well as all his toys and trucks. Would recommend to anyone looking for a contained sand box

A sturdy sandbox, but is smaller than I though. I wish it was a littler bigger. I think my child will outgrow it faster than I hoped.

This was a great find b/c we wanted a box that would blend in with the landscaping and not stick out like a (green plastic frog) sore thumb! The sand color of the box works perfectly.

We live in southern CA in a very dry but windy climate and chose to use pea gravel in the box rather than sand; we drilled a few holes in the bottom for drainage, which has worked out great. I agree with some other reviews that the top is rather flimsy, but no problems with leaks.

The size is okay for my 2 and 3-year-old to play in it together, but they will likely outgrow this in a couple of years - but that's okay given the low price. The corners also make great seats, allowing for some extra space. We found that the kids still wanted a little extra room to play, so we also placed some pea gravel outside of the box for their "accidental" spills! So far so good, I'd recommend it!

I recently bought four of these for my grandchildren and they love to play in them great for all ages. The only thing I did'nt like about the lid is light weight and blows off in the wind but I found a solution I strapped a bungie cord over it and it works great.

I liked the look of this product; especially compared to the popular turtle sandbox. It is smaller than I expected, but most of them are unless you make them yourself. My 1 and 2 year old love it and don't seem to mind the size.

I did a lot of online and instore research before buying this sandox. I wanted the best most affordable one on the market for my 1 year old daughter. And my time paid off. I love it but more importantly my daughter loves it. Looks great in the yard, and keeps the sand dry even during the worst of storms.

We have had the sandbox for one month. Our 15 month old loves it! It is just the right height for little ones to crawl into. It does not clutter the yard, rather adds a cute touch to the play area! We love it!

I love this sandbox. It was 1/2 the price on babyage.com than it was at Toys R Us. it cost me 9.99 to ship it and it would have cost $40 to ship it from the toys r us site. Love the sandbox my daughter recieved it for her 3rd birthday. we filled it with blue colored sand from crayola!

It arrived the next day! can't get better service than that.

This sandbox is very roomy and can fit 4 kids comfortably with sand toys. He loves it and I would recommend it to anyone,I searched high and low before I bought this because I bought the green turtle for My own kids when they were little and they only fit 2 little kids and they both out grew the turtle with in a year. I know this sandbox will last at least till he is 6 years old or better everyone involved is Happy with this sandbox! The green turtle made a great flower garden fill it with soil & seeds and water it looks beautiful when all My flowers bloomed!!!!!!!

We've only had the Step 2 Naturally Playful Sandbox for a few days but it seems to be great. It's nice how the top fits on so well and has the uplifted corners to keep it on snug. Also nice to have those corners for sitting or for more imagination to play with. My son is almost 4 and can lift the top off and on himself. The sandbox is also a good size. I would reccomend this sandbox!

I bought this for my 2 boys (ages 3 & 5 1/2), who absolutely love it. It was a huge hit at my 3yr old's birthday pary...as many as 4 little ones were in it at the same time and still had room to play. The lid stays on great and provides plenty of room to store all of their trucks and sand toys. It also works great as a kiddie pool! I was also very impressed by how quickly we received it (no extra charges) - I ordered it on a Tuesday and we had it by that Saturday morning...the packaging was in great condition, especially for such a large box.

It is very durable. I have one problem, the wind can blow the top off. Maybe they can come up with away to keep this from happening. My husband drill a hole on each piece and attach a cable into each hole. This has taking care of the problem for us.
