I ordered this for my daughter for Christmas, after reading many product reviews and checking out the assembly instructions online. It sat in my closet for 2 weeks b/c I was dreading putting it together....just finished assembling it and wow, was it easy. I am not mechanically inclined at all, but the pieces fit together like a dream, the instructions were simple and easy to understand, and I was able to get it together in under 2 hours with only a hand held screwdriver...all the screws are the same size, and the pieces are very different and it's easy to tell where they go from the diagram. It's solid and sturdy and I know my little girl will love it! Reminds me of the victorian dollhouse I had as a kid.... So, in closing, I would highly recommend this dollhouse, and I would not be afraid of having to assemble it---it's really simple.

While this was time consuming to assemble it was easy. For once all of the pre-drilled holes lined up perfectly. I assembled this by myself but it would be helpful to have 2 people for some of the assembly. Once completed I had a beautiful dollhouse for my 6 year granddaughter for Christmas.

The Doll House arrivedon the date advertised. Grammy and I assembled it that night in about 2 1/2 hours. It went together exactly as stated. I'm an architect and it's a beautiful house with more detail than I expected. Our granddaughter will be ecstatic this Christmas! I would highly recommend it to anyone with a modicum of do-it yourself ability! It was simple and fun to assemble.

This is an absolutely adorable house along with it's furniture. I bought one for my niece, but wish I could get one for my baby. The age recommendation is 6+ years old. Maybe in a few years.

The bedroom furniture set is a lovely rendition of years past. Gold door knobs, working drawers and doors, are beautiful. I was surprised that the little drawers or tops on the dresser didn't open but that didn't diminish the product in my eyes at all. Lovely set!

My eight year old loves her new dollhouse!
It is indeed large, but a good size.
So very pretty too. It took a (fairly handy Daddy) about an hour to put it together. Every piece was wrapped and all there.
Baby Age 's price and shipping could not be beat!!

I am very detail oriented so I did see there were some small painted over little nicks in some of the pieces, nothing I would send it back for. (as it will get nicked up with play anyway) Upon seeing these items in person, there really is an amazing amount of work for the price!
(I have priced all kinds of dollhouse furniture!) I cannot wait to see my 8 year daughters face on x-mas morning!! It will be priceless!

this is a great product, i bought it for my 5 years old daughter. but i constantly find myself telling her to be careful. cause the pieces are delicate. so i bought her the furniture sets but holding off on the accessories until she's older. P.S. buying everything to fill up the rooms is as much as the doll house! keep that in mind when purchasing
