Not sure how large the kid raft house is so can't help there. My granddaughter loves the dolls and uses them in a dollhouse I got from Babbage. No extra clothes though

Yes, they should work just fine. The dollhouse you are referencing calls for a maximum of 12" scale dolls (confirm by searching the scale of the dollhouse online) and that's exactly what these are (see the notes in the description "Perfect for 1:12 scale dollhouses"). However, they do not come with a change of clothes.
