We assembled this product as soon as we received it for fear of there being missing pieces as we read in other reviews. This was the case for us also. We have waited days for a response to our request on the missing piece from the manufacturer so that we can have it by Christmas. At this point it doesn't look like that is going to happen. Other than that I am happy with the product and know that my daughter will be to. It is bigger than I expected and was easily assembled.

I ordered this item and a different item was shipped!!!! NOW i can not get an anwser as to where my order is or if i will recieve it so does anyone at baby age have an answer for me, this is a terrible way to do business. Mybe costumers should know they may not get What they purchase!!!!!
