5.00 rating Excellent stroller at a great price by Vanessa, WA on January 1, 2004
I bought this stroller to have a smaller easier way of getting my child around. I had a travel system stroller prior to this and it was too bulky. This stroller is lightweight, easy to fold, and easy to manuver(even with one hand). It works great in stores where they have those smaller ailes that even the bigger strollers can't get through. I've used this in airports(to include having it checked in at the gate several times with no damage), malls, parks, amusement parks, dirt roads, over rocky trails, and zoo's. No matter where I used the stoller it always kept up with the terrain. It has two small bags on the side which is useful for holding toys, bottles, or even wallet and keys. Their isn't any back pocket or bag, but you can still hang a diaper bag in the back. The best part of all, my son loved being able to see whats going on around him. Overall its a great simple stroller that can be taken anywhere.
5.00 rating Great buy! by Ellen, USA on January 1, 2004
This is the best umbrella stroller I've ever owned! It drives smoothly over grass and rocks. The first time I put my 2-yr-old in it to walk her around our yard, she liked it so much so didn't want to get up. This is a great product and reasonably priced.
5.00 rating Super cute and super easy to assemble by MrsKeith, Prescott, AZ on January 1, 2004
I haven't even had my baby yet and I already love this stroller! I put it together by myself in minutes - and gave it a test drive. Folds up quickly and easily, smooth ride, has 2 saddle bags for toys, snacks, pacifier, etc. - and the best part is that it couldn't be simpler to recline the seat. It doesn't lay back all the way, but a young baby (probably not a brand new baby) should be fine with this seat in the reclined position. Oh- and the picture here online shows the stoller with the flap down - it also looks nice with the back flap rolled up (so that you can see the mesh backing) which I'm sure will be so nice when it's hot out - as it often is here in Arizona! Beyond that, the price is great and it seems to be a really super value for the money.
4.00 rating Not enough room to walk behind by J.T., Ocseola, IN on January 1, 2004
I just purchased this stroller about 3 weeks ago. It was very easy to put together. The reason that I purchased this was because I liked the way it looked and it seemed very durable. We've had a history of strollers falling apart so I wanted to get something mid-price but hopefully of good quality. The quality on this is good. It is very sturdy. The side bags are great for extra storage. The only thing that I don't like is for some reason it seems there is not enough room to walk behind it. By that I mean when you are holding onto the handlebars I find myself having to hold by my fingertips otherwise my feet hit the back wheels! I have never had this happen with any other stroller but I tried it again today and hit a few times, it is kind of annoying. Other than that I would recommend it because it seems like it will last and my son was bouncing all over in it today.
3.00 rating Just too narrow! by R.E., USA on January 1, 2004
It would have been just what I was looking for, if it weren't for that narrow seat and wheel base. My girl is 17 months old and considered petite, yet her shoulders barely fit into the seat. She didn't fuss or anything and seemed comfortable - for now. But I did see her lean forward much more than with her umbrella stroller, and that might have been because she felt the squeeze. And reading other people's comments about the stroller tipping over when their kids did that, I just wouldn't feel at ease with it. Not to mention that my feet kept hitting the wheels every so often, because they're closer together than with the umbrella stroller. I don't understand why the manufacturer made the stoller so tight! Otherwise it would have been perfect: soft grips at a comfortable height, light, easy to maneuver, sturdy, easy to fold, good canopy that can be adjusted so that the sun never really hits the kid's face (on the flip side, after being in the stroller only for her second time, my girl figured out how to pull the canopy down over her and back up, and down ....). Oh, one more thing: those little side pockets, as fancy as they look, don't seem as practical as a mesh bag in the back. To make a long story short: I'm returning the stroller after giving it a try because it is too narrow for my girl and for my feet. I'll stick to the tried and true umbrella stroller for my travels or quick errands.
