Product is great, however the panniers arrived without the included rainflies. There is a pocket on each pannier to hold a rainfly and they were both missing. I tried to contact BabyAge but they were closed, so I contacted Orbit Baby direct and they were kind enough to send us a replacement set of panniers with the rainflies.
