The Recaro seat does not require a harness of any sort and uses an innovative blet positioning system to keep the child safe and secure. The Vivo is a Recaro seat which is designed for children to about 12 years. The booster car seat is also designed for children 30-100 lbs. and 37-59 in. tall. The Recaro seat makes getting comfortable easy as the headrest adjusts to 6 different positions and the seat reclines to 3 distinct positions. When we recieved this it seemed to bulky for air travel... it breaks down easily where the seat and back meet making it storable in the overhead bin on all the planes we flew (many). It has good head support for car sleeping as well. It did weigh (according to our scale and feel) more than the specs noted. Very simple to use and best of all, our child likes it!

I am very thrilled with this booster seat. The first thing my 5 year old said when he sat in it for the first time was "Wow, this is really comfortable"! Can't get any better than that. Fits in my car nicely and is lightweight enough to move easily between cars. Would definitely recommend it to others.

This booster seat is the best! Not only does it fit the backseat of my Camaro, it's the most well made booster out there. Rigid and strong, but with thick, comfortable padding. The side impact protection design is great and really does keep my son's head from flopping to the side when he falls asleep. Wish I had found this seat sooner!

A most excellent booster. Easy to adjust, but sturdy and comfy for my five year old. My Mom's a car seat tech and gives it the thumbs up on safety...the most important reason I bought it. The safer the better. I have yet to clean it, but all my experience with this material makes me confident that won't be a problem. Above and beyond a lot of boosters out there, and excellent value. You get what you pay for (and a little more) with this one.

My 5 year old daughter loves her Big Kid seat. She is petite and only 33 pounds, so we were delighted that we could move her to a booster since most start at 40 lbs. The seatbelt fits her in the right spots and it's easy to get in and out.
