I was having persistent back and rib pain, constantly waking up throughout the night. I purchased the snoozer jr. maternity pillow which was great and wonderful high thread count cotton cover but i needed support on both sides. As i turned on each side, my regular pillow would keep on falling off the bed, or i'd have to carry the snoozer pillow to the other side which was a big pain. Although i would recommend the snoozer (reg. sized though, jr. is too small even though i'm only 5' tall) for those of you who may not need additional support, this pillow is very good, supportive and not too fat or too squishy. The cotton cover is easy to use and decent quality cotton (i'd say 250 thread count). The bolsters are definitely on the short side so i would expect to use it for a toddler bed, not for a bed larger than full-size. I would def. recommend it esp. for those in the 3rd trimester! | | By: Jenny from SD
