• Shipping: Bratt Decor shipments arrive common freight carrier. Freight companies are not responsible for unloading your freight or calling ahead for appointments. The truck driver is responsible only for moving the shipment to the back of the truck, which is standard delivery. As many of our products are very bulky and heavy, some weighing in excess of 150 pounds, we strongly suggest arranging for extra help in unloading the furniture. There is a substantial extra charge for "inside delivery", which includes unloading from the truck and moving it inside. In certain cases you may be able to have other options available to you, however these are extra services and cost extra money.
