My baby is six months old and we still use it daily.When she was little she took all her naps in it. Now we just use it when she's played out but not ready to sleep. I get an hour at a time to do things around the house when she's in it. It is sensitive to having things drag or brush against it it will stop swinging. EVEN IF YOU DON'T BUY THIS SWING MAKE SURE TO BUY ONE THAT PLUGS IN. OR BE READY TO BUY STOCK IN BATTERIES !!! We love it Mommy & Baby T
