Bugaboo Frog Complete Stroller
The Frog is the pioneer of the Bugaboo line. It is what started it all and is the predecessor for the Gecko and Cameleon. It is simply one of the most high tech and functional strollers on the market. The Bugaboo Frog is a travel system which has been hailed by celebrities and can found sprouting up in the most chic and trendy of urban neighborhoods. The Bugaboo Frog gets its name from a state of the art frog like suspension on the swivel wheels. It is the model of stroller engineering.
One of the greatest assests of the Frog is that it weighs only 11.88 lbs. without the bassinet. It is lightweight to provide less backache on the pusher. Another sterling feature is the 3 position seat or bassinet which anchors onto the frame. The roomy bassinet is a great setup for a newborn up to 6 months. The Frog is such a versatile travel system. The seat can face foward or back. The reversible handlebar allows the larger fixed wheels to lead the way over tough terrain. It features an underseat storage basket to hold up to 8 lbs.
The only knock on the Bugaboo Frog, a very small knock, is that the seat must be removed before folding. Folding is also a multi-step process.
