This is the absolute BEST higher weight harnessing seat ever. My daughter loves it. In fact, my son loves it, too! We have one on order for him. It harnesses from 22-80lbs and up to 53" or when the tips of the ears reach the top of the shell. The plastic frame is made extremely well. Installation was a stinking breeze! I installed it the long belt path as well as with LATCH. BOTH were very easy to use!! I give this seat 2 thumbs way up, 5 stars...you name it..it is the best!

My daughter loves this seat. She is in the middle and we have an Evenflo right next to it in our SUV. It fits perfectly and another passenger can even sit on the other side. Some people complain it is too big. It is great and fits fine. I wouldn't suggest moving it in and out of the car often though.

this is our second Britax seat and I wouldn't go with other. It is safe, comfortable, seat belts don't twist, keeps your child in 5 points harness till 53" tall or 80lbs. Easy to install, easy to wash the cover, soft fabric and truly roomy. The only negative thing on it is it's size, can't see it fitting into a smaller sedan, if you don't have a SUV, I would recommend finding a local store and trying to fit it in.

I wish I had just bought this 2 years ago for DD. She has outgrown her BLVD (also a nice seat). It's big and bulky but I got it installed well with SBP (she is 50 lbs, 44 1/2"). The Madison is so pretty.

All of the other reviews already tell you how great this seat is, seems very comfortable. It is quite large. But I was able to get it into my Chevy Malibu with no problem. I also have a Britax Marathon in the same car, so we no longer have a third seat in the back seat. Really glad that we got one!

Before I bought this seat, I read a review that said "it's like a tank." It is very heavy, and once you get it installed, it won't budge. My daughter loves it, and the base is so wide that I can even sit on it (when climbing throught the vehicle). Getting it to fit in a compact car might be difficult, but for any other vehicle this is the only car seat that I would buy.
