• Shipping: Bratt Decor shipments arrive common freight carrier. Freight companies are not responsible for unloading your freight or calling ahead for appointments. The truck driver is responsible only for moving the shipment to the back of the truck, which is standard delivery. There is a substantial extra charge for "inside delivery", which includes unloading from the truck and moving it inside.
