I bought this for my 5 year old daughter and actually thought it would be way too small since the recommended age is for 2-4. It was just the right size and actually looked and felt like a 'real' drum! The only negative, was that the strap that comes with it does not work very well. Once you attach the strap to the drum, and begin to play it, the drum comes right off the straps. Other than that, PERFECT!

The drum is a mini professional marching band drum. The quality is 5 star .I bought the drum for my grandson 4, he is too young, for toddler 6 or 7. I highly recommend this item The construction 5 star looks and appearance 5 star. Very durable.
