Evenflo Journey Elite Travel System

I absolutely LOVE this stroller! however this company has VERY poor customer service and horrible communication. Just to let other consumers know they "pre"sell items so I paid for this stroller on Aug 11th one month later they STILL did not even actually have one to ship to me! I was told my order would ship Aug 18th (it didnt) nor did it the next week or the week after. I received NO email to tell me the order wasn't available the site advertises shipping in less than a week! (that is not true) Every week I waited and called customer service and every week I was told it would be shipped the next week so I asked to speak to a supervisor. Each time I was told the supervisor was "unavailable" and would call me back in 24 hours (that NEVER happened either) So finally I canceled my order. Went to Amazon and ordered the same stroller (with free shipping), which to my delight arrived 4 DAYS LATER! Its adorable and I love it, Just finding a place to buy this stroller from is a hassle, I don't know why its not carried in more stores? Oh and this is also my 2nd attempt to "warn" consumers about the way this company conducts business because when I submitted my first review I got an email that says they just wanted to confirm that I meant to write it. So they provide a link to "confirm" your review, well just like everything else this "link" gets you no where I've tried several times and the page "cant be found" I was really looking forward to doing ALOT of business with babyage, they have a great selection of wonderful products but someone should really fix the communication, and shipping methods before i would be willing to try again. I highly recommend this stroller if you can ever get babyage to ship it to you!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well, I read the other review on here and was a bit worried about ordering the stroller from this site....but I need one and love the look of this one. So on January 1st, I placed my order and got an email saying they received my order and that I would get another email as soon as they shipped it. The next day, I got that email. It had a link to the ups site so that I could see where it is and when it's going to get here. It's supposed to get here on January 8th....we'll see. So far, I've had a great experience with babyage. I would definitely use this site again and would highly recommend it to other people.

It arrived today, just like they said it would! I ordered the pink lemonade one and it's so perfect!! I will definitely use this site again.

I had tried WalMart to get the stroller travel system and they would not have gotten it to me until the end of this month plus they added several charges. BabyAge.com offered the best deal and frankly I did not believe that they could get the stroller to me after all the hassle with WalMart. But I was proved wrong when it arrived in perfect condition on the day that BabyAge.com stated that they would have it there. I have told everyone about the site and would highly recommend it to anyone! I plan on using this site again and will no longer be going through page after page on the internet. You guys have great quality products and the shipping is terrific! Thank you guys for everything!
