The convoluted foam maximizes airflow for the most comfort for Mom and baby. The contoured shape and back strap keeps the pillow comfortably in place. The Ultra Plush Nurse EZ Plus also retains its shape and won’t flatten out. An extra pillow is included for back support. The cover is removable for washing.
