We just bought a Portable Hook on Chair. We like the idea of the product because our granddaughter can use it when she visit us which is everyday. The problem is the strap is much too tight. We adjusted it as far as it would go but it still is too tight. Our granddaughter is 7 mos. old and wieghts 18 lbs. So we know it is not too small for her. Is there anything you can suggest we do? Right now I am using one of my husbands tie as a safety strap. We really do like the product. It is just what we were looking for. THANK YOU VERY MUCH

The idea of the product able to secure itself to almost any table top is great, especially for our eat in kitchen. The seat definatley takes away the need for a larger clumsy high chair. The seat and fabric are easy to clean and maintain. Yet, our daughter is only 18 lbs and we had to exhcange the first EB chair for a new one. Now the second chair is failing, too. It appears that the stiching is a bit loose, nor strong enough for a child who likes to turn to the side to see its parents. We are going to return this second one and look for another table-secured chair, from a different company
