I love this product. I sterilize everything from all sizes of bottles and pacifiers. I've had this for 4 months and I haven't had any problems with it. I highly recommend this if you are someone who has no time to actually boil water.

I have had this sterilizer for 2 1/2 years, and used it for two babies for over six months each, and it still works great. I have had no problems with it at all. Easy to use and convenient. I buy it for other people, I like it so well. Would recommend to anyone!

Please search online reviews first before considering this production - e.g. Amazon. A majority of the reviewers reported the same problem: the machine won't turn on when button pressed. In my case, it worked perfectly for a couple of months, then I needed to press the button for 10+ times for it to stay turned on. Another month later it won't stay on unless I keep the button depressed for the entire steaming session! I checked the company website FAQ - their answer to the question is, make sure you have water on the heating pad... I agree with the previous posting, this product should be recalled and I am working on making that happen.
