It's not big and bulky..could be a bit wider, but overall it's perfect! I have twins and I carry 6 diapers, 2 sets of clothes, 2 sippy cups, wipes, bibs, powder, sun screen, and munchies, with lots of room to spare. I am always looking for the perfect one. It really is a nice bag, changeable straps are nice especially for umbrella strollers, lots of pockets. My only complaints are it could be a little bit roomier and it gets sooo dirty. The light blue color is like a dirt magnet. I had to pretreat and wash it two times in a row just to get the dirt out. They need to treat these with stain release so they stay clean longer. I am going to wash it, again, and apply some fabric protector to see if that helps any.
