The Bjorn Air Carrier is one of the coolest baby carriers around, literally. With a special design, specifically for Baby Bjorn, both parent and baby will stay cooler, longer. As with the other versions of Baby Bjorn Carrier this can be used for newborns as well as older infants. The fabrics featured on the baby carrier are machine washable and Oko-Tex class 1 certified. The materials are guaranteed to not harm baby.

Baby Bjorn carriers are really cool. It gets the Air Carrier name from special ventilating fabrics which keep both parent and baby cooler. The soft 3D mesh allows air to circulate and keeps the temperature comfortable. The Baby Bjorn carrier also provides vital closeness between parent and baby. The baby carrier can be used for newborns from 8 lbs. with the safety strap fastened as well as with older infants to 25 lbs. The range of use for a Baby Bjorn Air Carrier is similar to that of an infant car seat. Both should stop being used at the same time as the other.

	Great design but bad fabric
	This carrier has the great design of the classic Bjorn, however I chose the "breathable" fabric because we live in CA. The mesh rubbed my newborn's face raw several times and by the time I figured out what was doing it, I had to discontinue use of the Bjorn until he was old/strong enough to face out. I think the mesh fabric of this carrier is too rough for tender newborn skin.

	Cool stuff
	This Baby Bjorn Air Baby Carrier is great! I am able to carry my twins in it (one baby at a time, of course) nearly all day! They seem very comfortable in it & I feel that the design is geared around safety. There are several latches & hooks so if one were to fail you still have several more supporting the weight of your child. But good deal.

	Can't beat the price
	I believe the material is supposed to offer "breathe-ability" but after a while of carrying my child in it I still manage to sweat where the straps & baby lay, but not too badly. All-in-all, it was well worth the money.
