Rated 1 stars  Horrible Stroller with Horrible Customer Service - Nolonger a friend of Eddie Bauer Products
Even fresh out of the box this stroller has been nothing but trouble. Not only does the back canopy lie down on top of my daughters head, the service representative told me to put my infant in the front and my toddler in the back because "it's not going to push easily if you have them in the "right" seats".
Rated 2 stars  Hard to Push - love eddie bauer but not the tandem
I neede a double stroller, searched internet sites, tested them in stores and more....mother in law bought this one for me. Loved it till i got it out and abput in stores. this thing is impossible to stear, hard to push, no matter which seat my then infant and 2 yr old sat in, I could not push the thing. now i have a jeep umbreall tandem stroller, love it! easy to push and store and the girls love sitting next to each other!
Rated 2 stars  Very difficult to maneuver, cumbersome wouldn't buy again - Like Eddie Bauer but not the tandem
I bought the Eddie Bauer Tandem with the Ashford print. I always get comments from people how good looking the stroller is, but it is terribly difficult to steer and horribly heavy and difficult to take in and out of the car. I agree with the other review that if you put the kids in the "right" seats it is very difficult to steer. The only time I can steer it at all is when my toddler gets out. At that point, what's the point in having a double stroller. I'm in the process of purchasing the joovy caboose ultralight stand on stroller. My friend has it and it is SO much easier to manuever and to lift out of the car. I have tendonitis in my right wrist and I could lift the joovy with one hand out of the back of the car.

What a joke! I have had to order four sets of wheels for this stroller because I live in California where it is really hot and they keep warping under the weight of the stroller. When I called customer service she told me I shouldn't be storing the stroller on its side, however, that is the only way it will fit in my vehicle and there is no warning listed about storing it on its side. Also, there is no way to get the stroller to turn without having to lift the rear wheels off the ground. The front wheels swivel, but not when you have the heavier child in front like the manual states.
