The Froggle Bath Center is essentially a mini-activity center that invites baby to explore and try new activities using her hands and fingers in a variety of ways: pushing, turning, filling the shovel and strainer "hands" with water and pouring it on the frog's head and then returning the hands to their place. This requires well-developed hand-eye coordination.
The Froggle Bath Center contributes to baby's developing cognitive skills in several ways. It helps her understand the concept of cause and effect. It also teaches baby much about water and its traits, and how it can cause the eyes to move, how the fish begin to move when the Froggle fills up, and how the water flows through the little holes in the strainer scoop (hand) and stays in the scoop (hand)that is whole. | |
