I have loved this pillow from the first night! The only issue I had with it was the horrible cover that came with it; very rough and scratchy. I ended up making my own pillow case for it with a sheet and it works great.

I love this pillow. I regret not buying it as soon as I saw it. I sleep so well in my "nest". It also keeps my husband on his side of the bed. I highly recomend everyone getting one. It's the best $50 I've spent!

At around 5 months (1st pregnancy), I was starting to notice difficulty sleeping (lots of rolling over, painful hips from laying on my side, etc.). I am typically a stomach sleeper and laying on my side was not comfortable! This pillow has made sleeping much more enjoyable. It fits fine in a king bed (and takes up less space than the 4 pillows I was previously using); I actually disturb my husband less. I'm 5'8" (length is fine) and I typically sleep with my normal pillow on top of the headrest. I would definitely recommend this product for other women struggling to sleep during pregnancy! It has not made me overheat or sweat (as others have mentioned), but I also live in a very cool climate (though we sleep with thermostat at 70).

I am about 18 weeks pregnant and have always been a tummy sleeper. This helps keep me on my side and keeps me comfortable there! The only thing that I don't like so much is the pillow. A couple of morning I woke with a sore neck. It's not as nice as the one I usually use. Overall I give this 5 stars but the pillow part gets a 3 star.
