I have a really bad back this pillow is so great. So it would have to be great if your are expecting. I love this bag, not only for its size, but because, despite its capacity, its separate pouches and mesh pockets inside make organizing and finding all the "junk" in there easy. The built-in stroller clips have also been really convenient!
