How it Works

BabyAge.com provides everyday competitive prices. If you find a verifiable lower everyday or advertised price on an identical item at an established online retail competitor, we'll match their price. Guaranteed. This ensures you do not pay more to shop at BabyAge.com

If you find a lower price on the web for any of our in stock products, show it to us via e-mail by visiting BabyAge.com at Customer Support. Please select Price Match on the drop down menu and include your shipping address in your message. After we receive your email, we will compare our price with the competitor's and contact you. When calculating a competitor's price, the shipping, handling and sales tax charges are included.

Competitors

Competitors are established online stores. They are not retail stores, liquidators, wholesalers, auction sites or pre-owned and refurbished merchandise sites.

Exclusions

The Price Match Guarantee applies to all new, factory sealed products. It cannot be applied to products already purchased. Merchandise must be the same brand, model number, year, fabric and color. Items must be in stock and available for purchase at that price from an authorized U.S. reseller, whose authorization we reserve the right to verify.

Competitor's closeout, clearance, special order, discontinued, clearance, liquidation, reconditioned or refurbished, pre-owned and damaged items are not included in our price match guarantee. Additionally, competitor's coupons are not included in our price match guarantee.

PRODUCT PRICING & PRODUCT DESCRIPTION INACCURACIES

Despite our best efforts, on rare occasions items on our website are posted with inaccurate pricing information or with inaccurate product descriptions. BabyAge policy with regard to these inadvertent inaccuracies is as follows:

  • If an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, BabyAge will charge a customer the lower amount and ship the item.
  • If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, BabyAge will, attempt to contact the customer and notify them of the increased price before shipping. If the customer cannot be reached in a timely manner, BabyAge reserves the right to cancel the order and notify the customer of such cancellation. If the item has already been shipped, BabyAge will issue the customer a return authorization with pre-paid shipping so the item may be returned. Once the product is received by BabyAge, a full refund will be issued to the customer.
  • If an item's description or photo is incorrect, BabyAge will attempt to contact the customer and notify them of the description discrepancy before shipping. If the customer cannot be reached in a timely manner, BabyAge reserves the right to cancel the order and notify the customer of such cancellation. If the item has already been shipped, BabyAge will issue the customer a return authorization with pre-paid shipping so the item may be returned. Once the product is received by BabyAge, a full refund will be issued to the customer.

Most items listed for sale by BabyAge are described by the manufacturer without intervention or editing by BabyAge. BabyAge, therefore, cannot and will not be held responsible for the accuracy of the product descriptions used to identify items, nor will they accept any responsibility for same, and expressly deny liability for any warranty or description stated therein. We now accept manufacturer's coupons for all Diapers, Formula and Wipe products that we sell.

Manufacturer's coupons should be mailed to us at the address below before you place your order. Once we receive them, they'll be verified and applied to your BabyAge.com account (please allow 5-7 business days for processing) and deposited in your EZ Rewards account to be applied towards any future purchase.

Here's how it works:

  1. Purchase your Diapers, Formula and Wipes at BabyAge.com.
  2. After you make your purchase, send your coupons to the address above. Be sure to include your name, email address and address with your coupons.
  3. Upon receiving your coupons, we'll review your account to verify that they apply to a previous purchase. Once we confirm this, we will deposit them in your EZ Rewards account to be applied towards any future purchase. Please note that it may take up to 5-7 business days to process the coupons before they appear in your EZ Rewards account.
  4. You can view your EZ Rewards by logging in to your account and go to "EZ Rewards".
  5. In order to receive your credit, coupons must:
    • Have an expiration date that is at least 1 week from the day we RECEIVE them.
    • Be general manufacturer's coupons and not have a specific store name on them (i.e. Walmart, Piggly Wiggly, etc.)
    • Be for the exact product that we sell, including the sizes available on the site.
    • For diapers they should read "jumbo pack or larger" or "any size package of diapers." For wipes, they should read "any size package of wipes."
    • There is a limit of one coupon per specific product purchase.
