How do I check the balance on my gift certificate?
You can check your certificate balance by calling BabyAge.com Customer Care at 1-800-BABYAGE.
Do I have to spend the exact amount on my Gift Certificate?
No. If your purchase amount is less than the value of the gift certificate, you can apply the balance towards your next purchase. If your purchase amount is greater than the certificate balance, you can make additional payment with a credit card.
How do I redeem my Gift Certificate online?
To redeem your certificate, visit www.babyage.com, select item(s) to purchase and enter your gift certificate number during the checkout process. The amount of gift certificate will be deducted from your purchase amount and if the gift certificate amount exceeds the purchase price, the balance will remain.
What if I lose my Gift Certificate?
If the gift certificate has been issued within the past year and has not been used, we can provide you with a replacement gift certificate. However, if the gift certificate is more than one year old, we cannot send you a replacement.
Do The Gift Cards expire?
Yes. Your BabyAge.com gift certificate is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
