I bought two of these and put one on either side of the street. It's amazing the cars that slow down. I sit on the porch and watch the kids play and it's apparent that these "floursescent kids" catch the eye of drivers, who slow, and then look around for the real kids!!

Fantastic! You can't miss it--it is neon, a great size and the flag definitely adds to it. It is quite sturdy; holds up in strong wind. Really pleased, and the kids have named him Bob!
