5.00 rating Excellent for pets! by Jennifer Roberson, Cheysuli Cardigan Welsh Corgis on October 20, 2011
I bought mine as a hallway "blockade" for my dogs. This house is old and nothing aligns properly, but I was able to "mount" the pressure screws with only a little extra work. (Didn't need the "cups.") I had no trouble screwing the gate itself into proper alignment to close the gap as shown in the video. This is a sturdy, trustworthy, superb gate. Just a small thumb latch, lift, swing, step through, let go. It swings closed on its own with a solid thunk that tells you it's securely closed. I'm recommending it to all my dog show friends.
3.00 rating Good gate, tough to install or move by kdbanks on February 3, 2011
This gate is very hard to install. The instructions are unclear and the compression rods are difficult to tighten. It took me several tries and more than an hour to get it right. I do not recommend this to anyone who is not strong. I also do not recommend this gate if you have the desire to take down the gate with any regularity.
5.00 rating Just what I needed by K. Clark on January 10, 2010
After reading reviews, I decided this gate was the one for us. We have a very active 1 yr. old girl, and we needed a gate to put in our hallway so she could not get to our stairway. We have a brand new house; I wanted a pressure-mount gate so I wouldn't have to put any holes in our walls. My hubby put it up. I was not here when he did it, so I don't know how long it took him. But he didn't gripe about it much to me, so it must not have taken long. At first, it didn't latch tight enough and our daughter was able to push on it and open it. But my husband adjusted it some more, and now it seems to be just fine. It looks nice and seems sturdy. I'm glad to have peace of mind that she can't get to the stairs and start climbing! I would recommend this gate.
5.00 rating Great Gate by Danielle on October 22, 2009
I received this gate 4 days ago. It was moderately easy to install (would be easier if I was a bit stronger). The door is little difficult to get use to. You slide the button then lift a little to make the door swing either direction. The odd thing is you think the gate is broken at first as the gate is not aligned at all. They say it is a design feature and that it only closes the gap and aligns and locks close if it is installed correctly.
4.00 rating baby gate by nancyb on October 5, 2009
We are using the gate for the bottom of the stairs and my 2 1/2 year old can't move it or open the gate and dogs can't get upstairs, so dual purpose!

5.00 rating Dreambaby gate works great by Darryl Yamashita on July 22, 2009
It was a big suprise that this gate was mostly assembled out of the box so it only took a few minutes before it was up.
5.00 rating Secure and easy to install by Christina on July 13, 2009
I installed this gate at the bottom of my stairs. it was very easy to install and works well to keep my 1 year old safely off the stairs.
5.00 rating Great gate! by 2nd Time Mom on April 26, 2009
We love this gate so much we bought a 2nd. It's easy to open with one hand, but baffles my 14 month old daughter who plays with the latch all the time. The install was incredibly easy. It does have a little lip to step over, but even my daughter remembers to step over it and doesn't trip. It closes by itself so you don't have to remember to close it (although I always check anyway). It has a quiet "click" sound, so you know it's closed. All in all, a great gate.
