User Review for DadGear Backpack - Retro Stripe

5.00 rating Big Enough for Twins! by Nate Caditan

I recently purchased this backpack and was surprised at the amount of room it has. We have 5 month old twins and this bag is big enough for all the necessities. No need for us to carry multiple bags!

User Review for Carter's Big Dot Tote Diaper Bag

5.00 rating This bag is now on baby #4! by Stephanie

I purchased this exact diaper bag when I was pregnant with my 3rd baby in 2007. I thought the bag was very gender neutral and went with it. The bag is well made, it is large enough to hold all of the essential baby care items as well as a few extras. It was neutral enough my husband didn't mind carrying it either. It has held up so well in fact, that we are using it yet again on our new baby boy. He is due in early November.

User Review for Dex Products Dual Action Wipes Warmer

5.00 rating by Lisa Hibbard-Fraley

This is the second warmer I have had. The first one was plugged in for 5 years until the warmer plate went out. I loved it so much we had to get another one just like it. I hope this one last that long.

Solid Feeding

Once your child moves to solid food, he'll need to start learning to use utensils and other tableware. Baby dish feeding and becoming acclimated to solid food is an integral part of growing up. Parents will need to make the transition to solid feeding as smooth as possible.

Usually, a baby is ready to move onto eating solid food between 4 – 6 months old. At this time, they will start to lose their tongue-thrust reflex (pushing their tongue against anything that is put into their mouth) and be able to switch to solid food.

The best way to introduce your baby to solid food is to pick a time when your baby is relaxed and comfortable. The best time for this is usually right after a nap. Make sure that your baby is sitting up and well supported by either in a highchair or in your lap.

It is very important that you never force your baby to eat. If your baby begins crying or turning away as you try to feed them, it may be too soon to introduce solid food into their diet. Try again after a week. In the meantime, you should continue to feed your baby breast milk and/or formula.

BabyAge is here to help you through this difficult time in your baby's life. We have all the accessories you need right here! We offer specially designed baby utensils, baby dishes and baby cups.
