At exactly six months the springs of the seat broke. I figured out that the handle that stop and starts the gliding bangs against the coils. I was so disappointed. I met someone else who had problems with this chair breaking as well. About $300 seems very reasonable for a chair like this, but not if it breaks.

daughter-in-law #2 put a version of this glider/ottoman combo on her wish list and my first thought was that's a lot of money for a glider--boy was I wrong--so comfortable, smooth glide, perfect for feeding/rocking baby--everyone in the family thinks it's great --we all pitched in for one for daughter-in-law #3 and she says (pre-baby) that it's already her favorite place to sit and read--both got the glider only version and that seems to be fine

I received the toy box, it was for a birthday gift. It came and the box was all taped and rip and then when she opened it at her party the lid was not even with it!! I was so not happy.

Beautiful solid piece of furniture. It made it to me in 2 days-traveling from PA to MO. I was impressed. None of the parts were labeled which definitely slowed down construction and some of the directions were not typed properly-easy enough to make sense of them though. I (33 yr old preggo lady) put it together with the help of a 9 yr girl from down the street. If we can do it, you can it. It is stunning.
