Overall this was a good buy, especially for the price, and the customer service was above and beyond my expectations - excellent. I was not happy with the construction of this piece of furniture though - every piece is laminated individually and the laminate is extremely thin. We had scuffs on three out of four drawerfronts (they sent us a touch up kit when we called). I was hoping to use this for years to come for my daughter since the drawer system is great and the drawers are nice and deep for lots of storage, but I'm afraid it won't hold up. I guess time will tell! The IKEA pieces I have in my home are much better quality, in my opinion. But like I said, for the price, this was a good buy for us at the time.
