My hubby got me this pillow when I was 20 weeks and I have used it every night since. I'm now 39 weeks and still loving it! I love the contours in it that mold to the ever-changing pregnant body and it is nice and soft. I would say the only thing I really don't like about it is how big it is. My hubby can barely fit on the bed, but if I face away from him, he can snuggle with the side I'm not using. In general I sleep with satin pillow cases, but didn't want to make one for this pillow, and haven't found the fabric to be that bad. Overall, I love this pillow and would recommend it to anyone (even those not pregnant)!

I love this pillow. It keeps me sleeping on my sides instead of my back and it is so soft and comfortable. I'm very picky about my pillows so I was hesitant about buying this. But it is wonderful and I have slept so soundly since using it. I would highly recommend to anyone!!

Very pleased with this product and so glad I ordered it early in my pregnancy. I usually sleep on my back and my stomach - but of course I can't do that anymore. This pillow helps keep me on my side for the health of the baby and it is so very comfortable. My husband has already asked if he can have it after the baby comes. Thank you for a great product

At around 5 months (1st pregnancy), I was starting to notice difficulty sleeping (lots of rolling over, painful hips from laying on my side, etc.). I am typically a stomach sleeper and laying on my side was not comfortable! This pillow has made sleeping much more enjoyable. It fits fine in a king bed (and takes up less space than the 4 pillows I was previously using); I actually disturb my husband less. I'm 5'8" (length is fine) and I typically sleep with my normal pillow on top of the headrest. I would definitely recommend this product for other women struggling to sleep during pregnancy! It has not made me overheat or sweat (as others have mentioned), but I also live in a very cool climate (though we sleep with thermostat at 70).
