I bought this for my wife. She is starting her third trimester and THE BELLY is getting big! :-) She was complaining about not being able to sleep. Too hot, pillow positioning, ribs hurting from expanding and laying in uncomfortable positions. So, I quickly starting looking around for something that would help. I read the reviews on the Coolmax and the regular pregnancy pillow Babyage offers. I was worried about the material, because some of the reviews for the less expensive one said it was not soft enough, and I was concerned if my wife got too hot - hormones etc it would be a waste, so I decided on the more expensive one COOLMAX. In addition, I have had two back surgeries and suffer from chronic back pain, so I tried it out too. I especially like how you can prop it up if you want to sit up in bed watch TV or read. Its nice for that too. Essentially, she likes it. Has not complained since getting it. I think it is a great product for pregnant or non pregnant people. it does stay cool, it is soft, my wife has been more comfortable sleeping with it and it gave me the support on my back and between my legs that I need to minimize pain. I think I may buy one for myself. Hope this helps.

This pillow is perfect for my ever changing body right now. It is so comfortable my whole family is trying to steal it from me. Of course I'll share it but when it comes down to the end of the night it's all mine. It's really hard to get comfortable when your pregnant and this pillow just swallows you in and takes away all the stresses of the day.

I bought this pillow to use when my kids are sick. It props them up so they don't cough through the night. We loved the first one so much that a few days later we ordered another.

Great pillow, even though it takes up so much bed space. Provides support and wraps you in comfort. I can't say enough about this pillow....it will b hard to remove after the baby is born...lol
