I think the product is very well made. The color was to be "Pecan" which showed to be a darker color than what it is. It looks to look more like varnished pine. Little disappointed in the color, but hopefully it will blend in with the other furniture for my grandson. This "Pecan" is not like I have known "Pecan" to be. It appears to be too yellowish!

The quality of this Toy Chest is great! I don't believe in havingan overwhelming amount of toys so this fits just the right amount of toys that I allow my kids to have. The piece arrived to my door in great shape! It manages to stay in great shape too even with the kids climbing all over it!

This product is great. It was simple to put together. It looks beautiful and performs wonderfully. I was concerned about putting somewhat heavy items in the bins, but it holds and doesn't make sliding them in and out hard. My daughter uses it as a sitting area and a step to get into bed. I love items that have more than one use. Just wonderful.

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this toy chest. I also have the pink one for my daughter. This chest is very safe/sturdy/easy to assemble and to clean. With my pink one the lid doesn't close/open easily (I've contacted Step2 about the issue), but I don't have any problems with the red one. I would definitely recommend this toy chest to anyone! Plus, it holds a TON of toys!
