Customer Reviews

Happy with Product; Not Happy about how Package Arrived Review by Louise DiDio
Value
The Car Seat is exactly what we were expecting. It's a wonderful product & the pattern is just perfect for a little girl. The problem is the box was extremely beat up when we received it. 1st it looked like the product had already been opened once & resealed (maybe a customer return; which is not what I paid for). 2nd it looked like the courier threw the package around the truck numerous times. I have another car seat identical to this one except for the pattern & it came with a quick info card attached but this one didn't have it & it appears to be missing the proper installation instructions. Good thing I have all the info from the other product. I think we'll be happy with the car seat's performance. (Posted on 9/4/2013)
Won't fit in anything but large vehicle Review by John
Value
I bought this for the same reasons most probably do, it works through several stages of development. I found the quality and versatility to be very good. The biggest issue is it's size. When used in the rear facing position it has to be reclined and takes up a lot of room. We have a newer model Nissan Xterra and even with the front seat all the way forward it would not fit. The only way to use it would be to put in the passengers side rear seat with the front passenger seat all the way forward and the seat back folded forward. This only leaves the drivers side rear seat available for a passenger. Once you're able to use it in the forward facing position, it will fit as long as the front seat is mostly forward. I don't see this fitting properly in anything but a van or full size SUV. (Posted on 5/31/2012)
