easy to use, only problem is when it is used in rear facing position, if baby falls asleep her head slumps onto her chest. have the seat in the furthest reclined position however it is not enough for her head to stay supported.

I like this carseat alot but when i purchased my second daughter her's its the same carseat but made differently and I am missing the shoulder strap pads which I am upset about and have requested through an email and am awaiting and hopeing you will send them!

I always look for the best functionality when I purchase any products and that was certainly no exception when I had my son and needed a car seat. I will be able to use this car seat as he grows and eventually use it as a booster. So far everything works as it should and I don't have one complaint!
