User Review for Graco SnugRide Infant Car Seat
I really like this seat. It's base is easy to put in the car and the carrier is simple to put in and take out. The print is cute too. My baby was only 6lbs 3 oz so I had to get an extra neck roll to keep her head in place but aside from that the seat is awesome!!!
User Review for Graco SnugRide Infant Car Seat
I got this carseat for my son when he was born and I love it. I'm kind of sad that he's going to be outgrowing it soon though. The seat is very easy to put into the base and take out. My mother had an evenflo carseat in her vehicle and I could not hate it more. To get it to hook into the base you have to hook the front first so you practically have to tip your baby out of the seat, very frustrating.
User Review for Graco SnugRide Infant Car Seat
This is a great infant car seat for the price. It's lightweight and very user friendly. The car seat is so easy to lift in and out of the base. With other car seats I always seemed to have problems with the release button, but this car seat slides easily in and out of the base. I also love the neutral colors of the fabric. A lot of fabrics these days are either very dark or very light.
User Review for Graco SnugRide Infant Car Seat
When we brought our daughter home from the hospital last year, I was concerned about the large car seat we put her in. At 7 ? pounds, she seemed much too small (even with a head support) for the car seat I originally had. When we got home, I told my husband, that I wanted an infant car seat with a carrier. He knew that my emotions were like a roller coaster, so he didn?t waste any time. He bought the Graco Snug Ride Car Seat the next day!

We couldn't live without this - It works perfectly & I don't see anything about the color that makes it stand out. Always buy your carseat base (& carseat) NEW unless you're 100%+ sure that it's never been in an accident - it's just not worth getting a used one.

An infant car seat is the first seat your baby will ever use. An infant car seat accommodates a child that is between 5-22 lbs. and up to 29in. tall. Another outstanding safety feature available in certain car seat models is EPS foam. EPS foam makes the car seat safer during an impact. Models that include EPS foam is the Graco SnugRide, Baby Trend Flex Loc, Chicco Keyfit and Evenflo Discovery.
Convertible
Convertible car seats have the ability to be a rear-facing seat for infants and be converted to front-facing seats when the child is of age and weight. Most models of convertible car seats can fit a child that is between 5-65 lbs compared to the infant car seat, which can only fit a child that is between 4-22 lbs.
Convertible car seats do feature LATCH systems, 5-point harness systems, overhead shields, and EPS foam like other car seats.
