The car seat came put together which was great. It was the easiest car seat to install into my Audi Q7. It literally took 5 minutes and my son loves it! I installed it as rear facing and it stays in place perfectly.

I like the seat overall, and it seems like it will be very easy to adjust as my son grows lager, but I had a devil of a time installing it in my and my parents' cars (I bought two seats). It took a lot of rolled up towels under the bottom to get the "level line" level with the ground, and it makes the front seat VERY crowded. I tried to install it with the LATCH system in my own car, but I couldn't get it tight enough so suit me, so I had to reinstall it with the seatbelt after all. Maybe all convertible car seats are this way just because they're so big, but it's the first one I've used so I don't have anything to compare it to.
