5.00 rating Great carseat!, by Ashley, NE on January 1, 2004
I got this carseat for my son when he was born and I love it. I'm kind of sad that he's going to be outgrowing it soon though. The seat is very easy to put into the base and take out. My mother had an evenflo carseat in her vehicle and I could not hate it more. To get it to hook into the base you have to hook the front first so you practically have to tip your baby out of the seat, very frustrating.
5.00 rating Great first stroller if you have a Graco car seat by Mommy, Roanoke, NY on January 1, 2004
Some Pros: Easy to use, light weight, huge under-seat basket, car seat really snaps in. Some Cons: Folding release is awkward, cup holder is not a cup holder. If you want a Graco car seat, this is the best first stroller to have. And after 6 /- months, re-sell it!
5.00 rating Nice seat by Jess, CA on January 1, 2004
I really like this seat. It's base is easy to put in the car and the carrier is simple to put in and take out. The print is cute too. My baby was only 6lbs 3 oz so I had to get an extra neck roll to keep her head in place but aside from that the seat is awesome!!!
5.00 rating The Ultimate Infant Car Seat! by Tammy, Falls River, MA on January 1, 2004
When we brought our daughter home from the hospital last year, I was concerned about the large car seat we put her in. At 7 ? pounds, she seemed much too small (even with a head support) for the car seat I originally had. When we got home, I told my husband, that I wanted an infant car seat with a carrier. He knew that my emotions were like a roller coaster, so he didn?t waste any time. He bought the Graco Snug Ride Car Seat the next day!
4.00 rating Buy A Graco SnugRide Car Seat and Build Your Biceps by Laura, Baltimore, MD on January 1, 2004
With our first son, we didn't really know all the aspects of buying a car seat. We picked the one that looked the best. Older and wiser, I knew what I wanted for my second. After much hemming and hawing I chose the Graco SnugRide Car Seat.
4.00 rating Easy to use by J.M., TX on January 1, 2004
I have two of these(twins), they are very easy to install in a tight space. I use them without the base in my Small Kia RIO (two of these and a graco turbobooster seat actually fit). I use them with the base in my F350 Crew Cab. They fit with lots of extra room with a Graco Platinum cargo booster seat.
4.00 rating Good first stroller by Jessie, Carlise, PA on January 1, 2004
This is a good option to get you through the first few months before you decide on a "real" stroller. It's lightweight and easy to fold. It's definitely better than the travel systems out there--smaller and lighter. However, the wheels are a bit small and tend to get stuck in sidewalk craters here in Washington, DC. It's also a good way to figure out what you want in your next stroller--you can compare this stroller's features to what you're considering buying.
4.00 rating My First Baby Car Seat Turned Out to be a Good Purchase by Bryan, Houston, TX on January 1, 2004
Being a new parent brings with it many rewards, many challenges, and many requirements. Babies are cute and fun, but they also bring with them several new responsibilities that must be met. One of the most important is the need for a good car seat and my first car seat purchase just happens to be one of the most popular of all: The Graco Snugride Model 8446L, a car seat for infants.
4.00 rating Overall satisfied by S.W., El Paso, TX on January 1, 2004
This is a pretty decent carseat for those on a budget. It's light weight and easy to get in and out of the base. My only issue is that the handle and sunshade have a tendency to conflict each other and makes it a little difficult to quickly raise or lower the carrying handle. But other than that I really love my carseat and my daughter loves to look at the pattern.
3.00 rating Nice Seat, But Limited by Deb, Atlanta, GA on January 1, 2004
My 4 month old is an inch from being too tall for this seat. The SafeSeat is a lot more expensive, but if I want an infant carrier seat, now I have to go buy a second one. Which makes it even more expensive. But having a carrier seat means that you don't have to wake the baby when you get out of the car, which is a lifesaver.
