User Review for Recaro ProRIDE Convertible Car Seat
We are highly satisfied with this car seat. The materials used are incredibly soft and comfortable to the touch, yet very durable and supportive. The small details, such as the padding on the shoulder straps and the ease with which the angle of the seat can be adjusted become key features since they have been so successfully implemented. This is especially true for the 5-point harness, which fits snug and comfortably and even includes a soft fabric "shield" between the child and the buckles to prevent any accidental pinching. Love it!!! I would recommend this seat to anyone! Our other choice was the Diono Radian, but we are so pleased to have gone with the Recaro instead and we won't be changing our minds.

Hello. I just wanted to share how I am so very impressed with this carseat's aesthetics. I had read where someone said the photos were deceiving and I called another store, only to have a man tell me it's real bright. I'm thinking hot pink but decided for the price, I'd deal. It's nowhere near hot pink, colors are more muted like desert toned and will work perfect in my car. If you read the ratings, this and the Blvd CS are top rated and worth every extra penny spent on the safetly of your child. I also found out that this is a 2008 model and there only difference between it and the 2009s are the fabric choices, the safety base is the same. Tomorrow we're having the carseat installed and I'll come back to review how it works with my child. I did go to Babies R Us and tested it out in my car before buying here. My daughter who is 15 months loves it and all she wants to do is sit in it right now. My other carseat matches my car and to be honest, the darker colors still shows plenty of crumbs. Last plus, I'm in New York and received the carseat in 2 days!! Paying $9.95 flat rate & no tax worked better than another site that offered free shipping w/tax. ;^)

User Review for Radian RXT Convertible Car Seat
I was looking for a booster seat with a 5pt harness and something that was a little bit roomier for my car because my teenage daughters stated they were squooshed in the backseat with my 21/2 year old son's current carseat. what caught my attention was the width of the RXT which was a bit more narrow, my son is able to easily sit in his new carseat without having to climb into it like his old one, the head piece he loves because when he falls asleep his head rests against (plus added protection). The seat itself was easy to install, plus I love the better latching system I feel the carseat is not going anywhere. Also, l love this carseat/booster because it folds and I travel to San Francisco a lot via train and it makes it easy to travel with. It is a bit heavy but the shoulder straps make it easy to carry. I have only one negative thing to say, for the price they could have added a better cup holder that locks in place if needed to be used, my son pulls it and likes to play with it; not good when he has a drink in it. Other than that I would highly recommend this carseat/booster to friends.

I LOVE this car seat. My 8 month old son is comfortable riding and sleeping in the seat, and it is easy to install. My one caveat is its size for travel. It is so deep, especially in the rclined position, that I couldn't get the base of it to sit in the airline seat. The base was only halfway on it. It was strapped in, but the result was the seat was so far forward that there was only 2-3 inches between the seat and the tray. That means I could never use the seat to travel with a toddler, because there would be no place for his feet to hang down. I plan to contact Britax about this, because it seems so silly - perhaps I strapped it in incorrectly.
