The truck driver is responsible only for moving the shipment to the back of the truck, which is standard delivery. As many of our products are very bulky and heavy, some weighing in excess of 150 pounds, we strongly suggest arranging for extra help in unloading the furniture. There is a substantial extra charge for "inside delivery", which includes unloading from the truck and moving it inside.
