I bought this pillow for my pregrant daughter-in-law. Unlike others that I've seen it has a full size pillow for your head which I think makes a differnce. I did try it out, and I want now. It is very cozy, love the fact is has a removable cover so it can be washed and it can be used to support the baby while breast feeding. It's a lot of pillow taking up some room in the bed, but it's all about the momma :).

I love this pillow. When I first received it, I thought it was huge! It is...but it's worth it. I washed the pillow cover (it's a bit rough)and the last 3 nights have been wonderful. It has great support for my back and I feel as if I am in my own little nest. I am 5 months pregnant and my back was killing me. I have slept through the night the last 3 nights because of this pillow. I highly recommend it.

My wife was having trouble getting comfortable at night. She had looked for a pregency pillow that supported her whole belly side and her back so that she would not roll over on her back. This pillow made her sleep great the first night. Now I can't get her to not use it. This is a great buy. I highly recommend it.

I bought this pillow because I had a back and neck injury at work. I have not been able to wake up will out pain since, even after therapy. But now this pillow has made all the difference. I can enjoy my bed again and wake up without pain. My boyfriend likes it to. I know he uses it when I am gone. I am thinking about buying another; a gift for him. Great pillow! Great buy!
