I got my pillow last week and I brag about it to everyone that will listen. I'm a stomach sleeper, so pregnancy just started getting rough on me a few weeks ago. this pillow helps me stay on my side all night, and I don't toss and turn and wake up as often. I'm glad I got it early so I won't be a miserable pregnant lady. And I love the quality of the removable cover.

I bought this pillow to use when my kids are sick. It props them up so they don't cough through the night. We loved the first one so much that a few days later we ordered another.

I bought this for my wife. She is starting her third trimester and THE BELLY is getting big! :-) She was complaining about not being able to sleep. Too hot, pillow positioning, ribs hurting from expanding and laying in uncomfortable positions. So, I quickly starting looking around for something that would help. I read the reviews on the Coolmax and the regular pregnancy pillow Babyage offers. I was worried about the material, because some of the reviews for the less expensive one said it was not soft enough, and I was concerned if my wife got too hot - hormones etc it would be a waste, so I decided on the more expensive one COOLMAX. In addition, I have had two back surgeries and suffer from chronic back pain, so I tried it out too. I especially like how you can prop it up if you want to sit up in bed watch TV or read. Its nice for that too. Essentially, she likes it. Has not complained since getting it. I think it is a great product for pregnant or non pregnant people. it does stay cool, it is soft, my wife has been more comfortable sleeping with it and it gave me the support on my back and between my legs that I need to minimize pain. I think I may buy one for myself. Hope this helps.

I am a back sleeper and wanted a pillow that would prevent me from doing so. This pillow does it. It's super comfy (I didn't have any problems with the cover). Would buy another.
