Highly recommend it. I have a hard time sleeping on my side, and because of this pillow, I sleep like a baby. I am 5'9, and fits me perfectly. It has been the best sleep, will be using this long after the baby is born. I researched them on line, and am so glad I chose this one. Great for knee, leg, and back support. For my head, I am used to two pillows. So I double up with my contoured neck support pillow on top of this pregnancy pillow, and it makes the best combo for shoulder/neck/head support. Case was easy to remove and put back on. I washed it and it softened up. My husband is equally as thrilled because he is not waking up from my huffing and puffing. In fact, my sister and mom love the pillow so much, Santa will be bringing each of them one for the holidays.

The first night sleeping on this pillow was heaven! I'm a back-sleeper and have been dealing with insomnia for a month because I can't lay on my back anymore and falling asleep on my side is just impossible. This pillow lets me sleep on my back without compressing those big veins. I wish that I had bought this pillow when I was pregnant with my son - I wouldn't have had so many sleepless nights. When I was about to buy this pillow, I was concerned by the reviews of the "scratchy" pillowcase. I decided if I had to make my own pillowcase, I could do it. However, after washing the case with a big dose of fabric softener I don't find the case scratchy at all. It feels like crisp cotton and is perfectly comfortable to me.
